TRON’s most awaited launch, Testnet, was made official on March, 31, with over 100,000 people tuned into the livestream announcement of TRON testnet launch. Testnet signifies another phase in the remarkable journey of TRON (TRX), and ever since its launch, it has not failed to impress the crypto community.

Barely three days after the testnet was launched, TRON reported a total of 126 nodes in 5 different continents, the initial update showed United States with the highest number of node launch, with 50 nodes.

Two days after the TRON Team announced a total of 126 nodes, an update was released. As at the time of this writing, 253 nodes have been confirmed. China is currently the country with the highest number of nodes with 253.

New Exchange Listings for TRON

Within the last 24 hours of this writing, Tron has announced two new exchange listings. The first coming from Bithumb, a 2% payback on deposits is available to TRON users till midnight of April 7, and Upbit exchange, with a new TRX/KRW trading pair. This moves the exchange listing of Tron to 39, Tron also boasts 7 fiat currency trading pairs.

Despite the frenzy TRON is experiencing, the TRON coin is yet to make any substantial growth. As at the time of this writing, the TRX is trading at $0.037 apiece, after losing 11%. With a market cap of $2.6 Billion USD, TRON is the 12th largest cryptocurrency. In terms of 24-hours trading value, TRON (TRX) comes in at number 3 with an estimate $1.09 Billion, only behind Bitcoin and Tether.
